How do I update my payment method?
You can easily update your payment method and see your payment history by logging into the The Virtual Savvy Customer Hub.

Once you are logged in, click on Subscription. Then you will see any subscriptions and/or payment plans you have. The following info is stored here:
- The product you purchased
- How many payments are remaining
- When your next rebill date is
- The last 4 digits of the card on file
✅ Click the Update Credit Card button if you need to change or update your card.
We recommend removing any old cards so the right one gets charged moving forward. 🔁

Note: If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan service such as Klarna or Affirm at checkout, any billing questions or payment details will need to be handled directly through their customer support team. They manage your payment plan separately from The Virtual Savvy.
